Donation Policy
Last updated: August 2026
How donations are received
Donations are received only as cryptocurrency, sent to the public wallet addresses shown in the donation window on this website. This website does not accept credit cards, bank transfers, or any other payment method, and never asks for private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or identifying documents.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
Once sent, a cryptocurrency transaction cannot be reversed or refunded by us or by anyone else. Always double-check the asset, network, and full address before sending. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.
How donations are confirmed
A donation is only counted toward the published total once its blockchain transaction reaches the required number of network confirmations. Pending or unconfirmed transactions are never included in totals shown on this website.
How funds are used
Planned spending is organized into humanitarian aid categories and published on the homepage as planned allocation, reflecting planning rather than funds already spent. Paid and approved expenses are published on the transparency page as they occur.
No refunds
Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, donations cannot be refunded. If you send a donation by mistake, please contact us using the details on the homepage, though a refund cannot be guaranteed.
